Started Huntington Boat Basin Painting

Some weeks ago I visited Huntington, New York and stopped to take pictures of the harbor where boats and kayaks are launched from. The lighting that day was late afternoon sunlight and the greens in the distant grasses were very vivid. This initial painting took two hours to do.
